Womens Self Defense & Martial Arts Programs

Hydra Taekwondo & Martial Arts offer self-defense training programs designed specfically for woman. Learn how to defend yourself in dangerous or potentially life threatening situations.

One time seminars or ongoing training sessions are both available. Equipment is provided but students are welcome to bring their own equipment as well.

Self-defense seminars consist of punching, kicking, grappling, joint-locks, practical escapes, takedowns and more. 

Typically we work with groups with a minimum of 6 people and up to 20 total. A licensed facility must be available and waiver forms must be signed prior to the first class starting.
